G. Moffett Cochran is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC.
Prior to forming Silvercrest, Mr. Cochran served as Chairman of DLJ Asset Management Group and then as President
of Credit Suisse Asset Management LLC following the acquisition of DLJ by Credit Suisse in 2000.
Mr. Cochran began his career with J.P. Morgan & Co. before accepting a position with Bessemer Trust Company, N. A.
where he became Senior Vice President and Director of Client Banking as well as a member of the Management and
Executive Committees. Mr. Cochran joined Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in 1992 and became Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of DLJ Asset Management Group and its various subsidiaries.
At the time of its sale to Credit Suisse in 2000, DLJ Asset Management Group had grown to nearly $40 billion
in assets. At Credit Suisse Asset Management LLC, Mr. Cochran served as President and was a member of its Global
Operating Committee. In this capacity, he oversaw the Credit Suisse's entire $300 billion asset management
business, including its $11 billion private client division and its $12 billion alternative investment business.
Mr. Cochran graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in English and from the University of Virginia School
of Law with a J.D. Cochran currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jefferson Scholars Foundation and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.

Richard R. Hough III is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC and has primary responsibility for corporate strategy and development. Mr. Hough also oversees Silvercrest's finance, operations and technology. Prior to Silvercrest, Mr. Hough was a founding Director of Children's Scholarship Fund, where he was responsible for marketing, relationship management and research and statistical analysis. Previously, Mr. Hough worked in Washington, DC, as a managing editor and as a speechwriter and policy analyst. Mr. Hough received a B.A. in philosophy and politics from Princeton University.

David J. Campbell is the General Counsel of Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC. Mr. Campbell joined Silvercrest from Jefferies & Company, Inc., where he was a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, supporting the Equities, Fixed Income, and Operations groups. Mr. Campbell began his career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation, where as a Senior Vice President he provided advice and counsel to DLJ?s Pershing Division, Investment Services Group and DLJdirect. In 2001 he joined the law firm of Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., where he was made a partner of the firm and handled a variety of securities matters. Mr. Campbell graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A. in English and from the Villanova University School of Law with a J.D.

Scott A. Gerard, CPA, is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. He has over 19 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to Silvercrest, Mr. Gerard was Chief Financial Officer of Brand Connections, LLC, which is a private-equity backed marketing and media company. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Guideline, Inc. which was a publicly-held business research firm, and he helped lead the successful sale of Guideline to a large strategic buyer. Prior to Guideline, Mr. Gerard was a Division Controller with Citigroup and began his career with KPMG. Mr. Gerard is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Buffalo.
