FAMILY OFFICE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Silvercrest's Family Office Services team can handle all aspects of income tax preparation and filing for clients who wish to consolidate this function with their investment management. Each client works with an individual income tax specialist who in turn works with the client's Silvercrest portfolio manager to assure that information is carefully coordinated. Silvercrest's financial planning expertise is offered to all of its clients interested in receiving new ideas that could be incorporated into the management of their investments.

  Russell J. Bell, CPA, joined Silvercrest as a Managing Director as a result of Heritage Financial Management's merger into Silvercrest Asset Management. He was a founding partner of Heritage Financial Management, where he was in charge of family office operations and the back office functions for Heritage’s investment operations. Mr. Bell has been involved in providing comprehensive wealth management services for individuals and families for more than 15 years. He has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance as an auditor, including positions at Price Waterhouse in Perth, Western Australia, and New York, and as chief accounting officer of a public company. Mr. Bell earned a Bachelor of Business degree with an accounting major at Edith Cowen University in Perth.

  Gerard A. Dimino joined Silvercrest as a Senior Vice President and director of tax planning and preparation. Prior to Silvercrest, Mr. Dimino was a Vice President at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he served in a similar capacity. He arrived at Credit Suisse as a result of that firm's merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where he had worked since 1995. Previously, he was a senior tax consultant at Ernst and Young and a financial officer with the U.S. Trust Company of New York. Mr. Dimino holds a B.S. in Accounting from the City University of New York and an M.S. in taxation from Baruch College, City University of New York.

  G. David Hamar, Jr., J.D., CPA, joined Silvercrest as a Managing Director as a result of Heritage Financial Management's merger into Silvercrest Asset Management. Mr. Hamar previously served as President and Managing Director of Hamar Capital, Limited which merged with Heritage Financial Management in January 2001. Mr. Hamar also was associated with the tax department of Price Waterhouse in Norfolk, Virginia, and was a practicing tax associate with major law firms in New York, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. Mr. Hamar is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D.) and Old Dominion University (B.S. Business Administration).

  Cathy A. Jameson joined Silvercrest as a Managing Director and portfolio manager of fixed income portfolios and serves as Chair of the firm's Fixed Income Investment Policy Committee. Prior to Silvercrest, Ms. Jameson was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) where she managed equity and fixed income portfolios. She arrived at (CSAM) as a result of that firm's merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where she had worked since 1978 as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of Fixed Income investments. Previously, Ms. Jameson worked for the American Field Service. She holds a B.A. in Latin American Area Studies from Denison University and is fluent in Portuguese.

  Allen J. Laufer, CPA, is a Managing Director and director of financial planning. Prior to Silvercrest, Mr. Laufer was a Vice President at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he served in a similar capacity. He arrived at Credit Suisse as a result of that firm's merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where he had worked since 1997. Previously, he was a senior manager both at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Mr. Laufer holds a B.S. in Accounting from New York University and an M.S. in Taxation from Baruch College, City University of New York.

  Albert S. Messina joined Silvercrest as a Managing Director and portfolio manager of equity and fixed income portfolios. In addition, he supervises Silvercrest's tax, financial planning and family office services. Prior to Silvercrest, Mr. Messina was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he served in a similar capacity. He arrived at Credit Suisse as a result of that firm's merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where he had worked since 1983. Previously, he spent 14 years with Bankers Trust Company, where he advised private clients and oversaw the fiduciary department's Tax Services Division. Mr. Messina holds a B.A. in Economics from Brooklyn College.

  Lisa M. Taylor joined Silvercrest as a Vice President with the tax planning and preparation team. Prior to Silvercrest, Ms. Taylor was a Vice President at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where she served in a similar capacity. She arrived at Credit Suisse as a result of that firm's merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where she had worked since 1993. Previously, she was a tax associate at Ernst & Young. Ms. Taylor holds a B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University, State University of New York.
