Seeking a candidate to provide quality operational support and development.
Responsibilities include:
- Auditing, reconciliation of data to external/internal systems
- Provide operational support including corporate action processing to external/internal systems, ACA (Advent Corporate Actions)
- Domestic and International settlement confirmation/verification using CTM, DTCC, FIX
- Investigate/resolve reconciliation issues
- Ensure/maintain proper security set-up and data maintenance and integrity on systems Advent APX, MOXY, Rules Manager, CTM, ALERT
- Liaison to clients, custodians and brokers
- Undertake special projects and act as a liaison to technology and performance teams
- Understanding of alternative investments, private equity and hedge funds
Candidate should be a highly organized person with good time management, follow-up and communication skills; they should be able to learn quickly, multi-task effectively, be detail oriented, an independent worker, self starter, forward thinker and team player. The candidate must have a strong work ethic and be professional and personable in relating to clients and co-workers in a business professional environment.
Required Skills: MS Office proficiency (intermediate)
Desired Skills: Solid understanding of trade settlement process, auditing process; knowledge of Advent APX or AXYS, MOXY, Rules Manager, CTM, DTCC
