Silvercrest Asset Management Group is a registered investment advisor that provides asset management and family office services to families and select institutional investors. Silvercrest currently advises on $33 billion for a clientele comprised primarily of families, endowments, foundations, and other institutional investors.

 

Job Objective

The Operations Associate will provide quality operational support and development to the firm in its ongoing business activities. This includes:

  • Auditing, reconciliation of data to external/internal systems
  • Performance verification for composites and GIPS
  • Provide operational support including corporate action processing to external/internal systems, ACA (Advent Corporate Actions)
  • Domestic and International settlement confirmation/verification using CTM, DTCC, FIX
  • Investigate/resolve reconciliation issues
  • Ensure/maintain proper security set-up and data maintenance and integrity on systems Advent APX, MOXY, Rules Manager, CTM, ALERT
  • Liaison to clients, custodians and brokers
  • Undertake special projects and act as a liaison to technology and performance teams
  • Understanding of alternative investments, private equity and hedge funds

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 4 years experience with a financial advisory firm
  • Acute attention to detail and process orientation

Candidate should be highly organized and have excellent time management and communication skills. They should be able to learn quickly and multi-task. The candidate should be an independent and detail oriented worker; a self starter, forward thinker and team player. The candidate must have a strong work ethic and be professional and personable in relating to clients and co-workers in a business professional environment.

 

Salary Range: $85,000 to 135,000
