Mr. Conway is a member of the Firm’s High Yield Fixed Income Team. Prior to joining Silvercrest in 2021, Mr. Conway spent 7 years at Federated Mutual Insurance Company. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a BS in Business Administration.
