Carter V. Whisnand is a Managing Director and a Portfolio Manager of equity and fixed income portfolios. Prior to Silvercrest, Mr. Whisnand managed client relationships and portfolios in the Private Client Groups of Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Securities. Previously, Mr. Whisnand was a senior marketing manager in San Francisco. Mr. Whisnand holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Darden School of the University of Virginia. Mr. Whisnand currently serves on the National Advisory Board for the Jefferson Scholars Foundation at the University of Virginia and the St. Catherine’s School Foundation Board.
